𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦-𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 On September 8, VNPT-IT met with Pulmuone, a leading Korean company in food, beverages and health products, as part of VNPT Group’s working programme in Korea. The discussion explored opportunities to apply 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 across agricultural production and value chains - from production data and traceability to quality management, analytics and decision support. One of the areas highlighted by VNPT-IT is the use of digital solutions to support 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. By digitising data from production areas, cultivation processes and product information, businesses can gradually build a 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to support quality management and improve transparency across the supply chain. This also highlights a broader shift in Digital Agriculture: transformation is evolving from digitalising individual processes to building 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. With a stronger data foundation, technologies such as 𝐀𝐈, 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚, 𝐈𝐨𝐓, 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 can work together to generate greater value across the agricultural value chain. For VGS, this direction reflects what 𝐆𝐨 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 means in practice: connecting international businesses with the right capabilities across the VNPT ecosystem to address real-world technology and business challenges. We look forward to deepening Vietnam-Korea technology cooperation and exploring new opportunities across Digital Agriculture, AI and beyond.
