𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 | 𝐀𝐈-𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞: 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 VNPT and the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) are joining forces to build 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐈-𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, where AI is embedded across teaching, research, assessment, university management and student services. Importantly, AI in education cannot simply generate an answer that sounds plausible. It needs to be accurate in knowledge, aligned with the curriculum, appropriate to the learner’s level, and able to explain why an answer is right or wrong. Therefore, this collaboration focuses on 3 key directions: - 𝐀𝐈 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥-𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐈 Developing 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐬 (𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐬) and an 𝐀𝐈 𝐓𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫 designed to deliver accurate, explainable and curriculum-aligned learning support. - 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐈-𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 Combining 𝐀𝐈 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, knowledge graphs and multiple sources of educational content to help AI reason across complex learning materials and build a more consistent knowledge base. - 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐈-𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 AI will support the entire university ecosystem - from personalized teaching and AI-assisted learning to research and smarter university management.
